Wave Imaging helped the ARCC integrate their systems and implement an imaging system incorporating EMC DiskXtender®, EMC ApplicationXtender®, and EMC ApplicationXtender Web Access products, as well as Kodak Digital Science production scanners and scanner/micro imagers. The ARCC can now store and access content from a variety of applications and remote locations, including over 400 desktops across several county departments.

“Our success with ApplicationXtender in Accounts Payable gives us the opportunity to eliminate paper across the organization. Many other teams are now interested in how we’ve improved efficiency by shifting away from paper documents.”

The 571-L Personal Property Image Processing System, built upon the technologies of EMC Documentum and Captiva, allowed the Assessor’s office to organize, manage and operate in support of the Agency’s goal to efficiently manage the business property tax process.

The WAVE team developed the Electronic Case File System (ECFS), built with EMC technologies including the Documentum xCelerated Composition Platform (xCP).  It allows the Los Angeles Office of the Coroner (Chief Medical Examiner) to organize, manage, and operate in support of the mandate to investigate all sudden, unexpected and unnatural deaths.  WAVE has been very instrumental in our paperless initiative. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to work with the WAVE team.
